Aes are a currency used by the Mesophon Traders Guild. Players' aes balance is displayed on the left side of the navigation bar on the top of the screen. Aes are not subject to attrition.

Players obtain aes by trading with a Mesophon hub or capital orby can selling resources and fleets directly. Mesophon buys resources and units at an exchange rate of 0.05 aes / SCI WU cost. This exchange rate assumes “abundant” deposits for all raw materials that are used to produce the resource.

Players can use aes to purchase ships from Mesophon. Mesophon sells ships at around 20% markup.
