Make a list of (prominent/active) community members

Add their contact info (e-mail, which nicknames on IRC/forum/wiki/etc)

Add preferences for their mod usage (intellectual property): use freely but credit, ask before using, etc

Add their UNID (so it's recognizable, you know who made that specific mod)

Add their main projects (and individual pages for major mods, like WE5, MiningPack, PlayershipDrones, etc)
