This map can be enabled by taking a mission from Professor Dall in St. Katharine's Star. This isn't useful for Vanilla gameplay, but is absolutely essential for mods like [[http://xelerus.de/index.php?s=mod&id=848|The Network]] and [[http://xelerus.de/index.php?s=mod&id=1211|Uncharted]].
