Can a cargo hold give a negative cargo space?

I think it has something to do with showing the hp damage and whatnot in item screens.

Older attribute used to store and retrieve misc data. 

Has this been confirmed to be completely depreciated? Because I think though obsolete, George still uses it for fuel.

This is still used for armor coatings in RC3.

This changes the position/type of the article (with an article being a word like 'a' or 'the') in the event of needing to use a plural form of the item name. I am not entirely sure where or to what it changes to. If you could provide me a list of some items that use this element, I could figure it out.

====SortName and item bar====

is sortName used for the order that the use bar is displayed too?
