Design notes: the thrust is just the raw thrust number from the XML, actual thrust is determined based on ship mass. I don't really know how that works.
Maneuverability is the number of ticks between each rotation. So a lower number is better, and it's twice as fast for a 20 facing ship. Need a better way of displaying that number so newbies can understand.
