Syntax	(typHasAttribute unid attrib)
Arguments	unid: The unid you want to check for attributes.
	attrib: attribute to check for
Returns	True if successful, Nil otherwise
Category	type, unid, attributes
Description	Use for checking if a type holds an attribute.

(objHasAttribute &scCorsair; "charonPirates")

Returns “true”.
