Arguments	unid: the unid to check
	criteria: the criteria to check
Returns	True if successful,Nil otherwise
Category	type, unid
Description	Checks if a type matches the criteria.

(typMatches typeUNID "s")

Returns “True” if the type is a ship class unid.
